The Lagree Method is a high-intensity, low-impact workout method designed to build strength, endurance, core stability, balance, and flexibility – all at the same time. Resistance comes from springs, not weights, which creates smooth but intense tension.

Expect a slow-paced, high-intensity, low-impact full-body workout on the microformer where your muscles stay under constant tension and your core is always engaged. It looks controlled, feels deceptively challenging, and leaves you stronger, shakier, and energized in about 45 minutes.

Lagree is a high-intensity, low-impact strength workout focused on slow, continuous muscle tension and cardiovascular demand, while Pilates emphasizes controlled movement, flexibility, and core rehabilitation with more pauses and precision. In short: Lagree is more athletic and strength-driven; Pilates is more restorative and technique-focused.

Wear grippy socks, hydrate, eat light beforehand, and arrive early so the instructor can set you up on the machine. Focus on slow, controlled movement – shaking is normal and expected.
